I have a variety of crystals and I will use all of them during the session however if one area needs extra focus I will use a specific Crystal depending on the focus.

Crystals work alongside Reiki energy to deepen relaxation and support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

While not essential, crystals can add extra focus and intention to the healing process, making it more powerful.

Clear Quartz - Use commonly as an aid to Absorb negative enegery and purifies allowing for an effective rebalancing 

Amethyst- my favorite 😍  is best used as an aid to sooth / calm emotions, remove negative enegery,  calm anxiety and strengthen aura connections. 

Rose Quartz-side perk is Attracting love. Aids in promoting self-love, healing heartbreak and emotions from loss/grief 

Citrine: This crystal promotes happiness, stimulating the chakras and filling your energy field with love and an "uplifted" feeling.

Black Tourmaline: Enhances protection, eliminating negative attitudes, promoting a laid-back attitude /full relaxation 

Carnelian: Aids in Stimulating creativity, promoting positive life choices, dispelling apathy, overcome negativity from the past or mental health struggles

I will provide a Distant Reiki Session focusing on Chakra Cleansing and rebalancing with the enhancing abilities of crystals. This session will help aid if you any blockages and help any aura inconsistencies or areas needing healing. I perform this healing session through the universal energy field so no physical contact is required. You do not need to be present during the session. I will send you a pdf on instructions on what to do and expect before, during and after the session. I will also send a Treatment consent form. This will need accepted and approved by you prior to receiving services. 

In the session PDF I will email you there are 3 youtube links you can choose from for your session, they are music.  It is an hour long sound meditation, however, you can listen to it for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. It is to help you get into a deeper relaxation and meditation state of mind during our reiki healing session. You can also listen to it over an over again as many times as you would like after the session.

During this distance Reiki session, I will connect to your energy, scan your chakras, and clear any blockages in your energy field. You may experience (but not limited to) emotional releases, physical releases, hot/cool sensations, tingling, feeling more calm or relaxed, feeling tired, phantom hands touching you, feeling energized, or you may feel slightly different overall. Everyone's experience is different, you may feel a few things, many things, or none. It is also common to notice changes in the days following a session rather than during/directly after.

It is important to note that I am not healing you. I am simply assisting you with healing yourself and your aura.

Note: The timed session does not start until I have fully connected to your energy field/aura. This can take moments to minutes. In the event I am unable to gain a stable connection I will message you to let you know and reschedule to try later. If I am still unable to connect after three attempts I will issue a refund. There are many reasons I may be unable to connect to your energy, such as: overwhelming/intense emotions at that time, extreme intoxication, and unwillingness to name a few.

Reiki is all about the universal life force energy and I am forever grateful that I found it because it has helped me grow as a person. It has helped me be able to take care of my myself and provide the self care that I need to help my family and my clients/patients. I feel that my overall health has increased dramatically and increased my vibrational field Substantially. I truly feel that Reiki has changed and even saved my life and I hope that it can provide to you the healing that you are looking for.
